By accepting this Booking Confirmation, you are automatically agreeing and hereby acknowledge that:-
- Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellations, but reservation dates can be changed for future dates. Reservation date changes must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- D’kelulut Campsite is not responsible for the safety of participants and will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of belongings or family members during activities at D’Kelulut Campsite. This includes negligence, breach of any other duty imposed by law, including duty imposed by occupiers or other legislation, breach of any contract, mistakes or errors in judgement of any kind.
- If you are camping with kids, it is important to keep an eye on them, make sure they stay out of trouble and teach them proper camping etiquette, so they do not disturb fellow campers. You should always know where your children are and what they are doing.
- You should always leave campsite facilities in a clean and tidy state after using them. This applies to washing up area for dishes, camping area, as well as bathrooms, toilets and showers. Clean facilities make the camping experience much more pleasant for everyone. Bring your trash with you when you leave the campsite area. There is an administration fee will be charged if you want the campsite owner to throw the rubbish for you.
- The camper gives permission to D’Kelulut Campsite to use their photos in any advertisement or promotions in connection with D’Kelulut Campsite without any fee, charges, royalty and whatsoever payment.
- You will be expected to keep bathrooms, showers, toilets and washing up area area clean and tidy.
SOMETHING TO PONDER
- Do respect other people – please avoid making noise and respect boundaries.
- Do not dispose of food waste or oil into the sink.
- Do not leave trash at the site. Make sure your site is free of your trash during check-out.
- Do not dispose any tissues, sanitary towels, or any items that may clog the toilet.
- Do not leave clothes or bathing items. Make sure the toilet is clean before leaving.
- Karaoke or loudspeakers/speakers are NOT allowed which can disturb other campers.
- No PETS are allowed especially dogs or any dangerous animals.
- No ALCOHOL and DRUGS are allowed.
